Best for short setting times glues on large panels with lesser pressing times and optimum utilization of the pressing. For any make of glue and adhesive, but best for PVA glue as it is water based and is easily cleaned out. Almost 30%  glue saving against conventional spreading with brush or spatulas.Work completed in half time thereby increasing operator efficiency thus making it possible to complete large volumes of pasting in given time.

The ‘Glu-Man’  from Hanfas is a manual hand held glue applicator with two rollers. The bottom roller is of sponge and a upper metal transfer roller situated in the tank. The tank is made of high-impact resistant polycarbonate. Transparent body makes it convenient to see the level of glue in the tank. This mini-machine is incorporated with micro setting of flow to suit various application batch-wise leaving the operator free of constant control. Design permits easy removing and refixing of bottom sponge roller. It comes with a stand to suspend the whole unit between intervals.

Direction for use :  

Fill glue in the tank with the sparrow lever in lower position, and roll the applicator spreading the glue. By lifting the sparrow lever using the fore-finger the glue supply is interrupted, and thus the glue already applied can now be spread evenly all over the surface. For best results always roll the applicator in forward and backward direction.

Maintenance : Clean the unit with water and nylon brush when not in use for long period.
